Christopher Blanchett is the Senior Weather Presenter at BBC Scotland. He gave us a tour of the studios in Glasgow and told us all about his role there. In addition to providing careers information, the video can be shown in the classroom when studying weather and climate at GCSE and A Level. We have included information about the use of data for weather forecasting and shown different examples of maps and charts.

Paul Turner is Head of Geography at Bedales School in Hampshire In this video, Paul discusses how he embeds data skills into his teaching. He also looks at how technology can enhance lessons and fieldwork, as well as giving us an insight into his career and background.
Anup Patel is an Associate Director at Seven, independent project and programme leaders in corporate real estate. Anup makes use of a wide range of data associated with the occupation of real estate. This can be analysed to help global occupiers of real estate decide which projects to carry out and how to ensure they are successful. He was interviewed in the Council Room at RGS-IBG.
Sophie Large graduated from the University of Manchester in 2012 after studying Geography (BSc Hons) and Commercial Project Management (MSc). After graduation, Sophie joined global engineering consultancy firm Atkins and has worked across multiple sectors, before transferring to the Middle East to work as a Management Consultant in the energy sector in Abu Dhabi.
