Bob is a Lecturer in Community Leadership with UCLan and Researcher in Climate Change Engagement and Communication with the University of Exeter.
He has been working on climate emergency awareness projects for over twenty years, using his background as a community and visual artist to engage various communities and demographics. He has worked on many different social and climate justice projects across the world, including projects working with asylum seekers and displaced people both across Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Bob is also a co-founder of the Envirolution Cooperative and has managed climate assemblies, festivals and events across the UK. His most recent research project involves linking schools in the UK with small Pacific islands so they can share their understanding and learning about the climate emergency. Resources created with the children are then being used to inform the educational curriculum in both areas of the globe.
