About
Outlook Expeditions offer immersive learning experiences to provide young people with opportunities to grow in character, build resilience and feel empowered to take responsibility for their own lives. Their overseas expeditions provide authentic challenges, rich experiences, and engage young people.
The two-phase Outlook journey begins long before departure with a programme that not only prepares students for their overseas adventure, but also for the next stage of their lives and beyond. The UK Leadership Development Phase is unique to Outlook and is designed to develop character, build resilience, and improve well being – the tools required to tackle life’s challenges effectively.
The Outlook Programme is designed to help students to understand the world around them and their place in it. Through service-learning opportunities overseas, students work in partnership with local community and environmental initiatives, to gain a unique insight into some of the worlds biggest issues. The new perspective gained, provides students with the insight and inspiration to take on an active role in making the planet more equal, fair and sustainable.
The Explore trips are expertly curated to offer in-depth cultural learning experiences. Taking young people on journeys to incredible places, to teach them about different cultures and global issues affecting communities and the environment. Students lead their expedition right from the start. During the build up they will finalise their itinerary by choosing the project they wish to work with, the challenge level and where they go to enjoy some RnR!
