About the session

Fieldwork is a fantastic way to help your students to understand more about the world around them, and the school site can be used in so many ways to facilitate geography fieldwork. This session is aimed at primary school teachers and will give a range of ideas on full investigations that can be carried out on the school site as well top tips for carrying out fieldwork from EYFS to Year 6. You will come away from this session with more confidence in your delivery of geography fieldwork, and have the chance to network with other primary geography leads.
