This exhibition will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 1924 British Mount Everest expedition during which Man Bahadur and Lance-Naik Shamsherpun tragically died and George Mallory and Andrew Irvine disappeared pushing for the summit.

Coinciding with the release of a new Society book on the expedition, the exhibition seeks to show a range of photography, mapping, and original artefacts from the three 1920’s expeditions. This exhibition is made possible by the generous support of our Corporate Member, Riverstone.

Open weekdays from 10.00am to 5.00pm.
