About the session

This session aims to support students in making the right choices for them when choosing both a university and a geography course. Our speakers will take you through a range of things to think about when researching universities and deciding which to apply for, as well as looking in-depth about how you can assess whether a geography course will be the right fit for you or not. Making the most of university open days will also be covered.

This event will be aimed at students however we also encourage teachers to attend the event to collect information they can then pass to their students. Parents are also welcome to attend.

This event is recognised by the Society as being suitable professional development for Chartered Geographer and may also be suitable for other professional accreditations.
