Charter and Bye Laws

The Society's Charter and Bye Laws set out our Royal Charter, objective, constitution and categories of membership.

Council

Our board of trustees, known as the Council, are responsible for the Society’s governance.

AGM

Code of conduct

The Society's code of conduct sets out the principles of behaviour that govern all Fellows and members, volunteers, staff, and anyone who participates in any Society event or activity.
